二、2018年专职科研人员引进岗位和条件

(一)、招聘岗位:分子影像、医学图像处理、免疫学、抗感染免疫、传染病诊断研究、肿瘤、心脑血管、分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物化学、纳米材料合成与应用研究、材料学、生物信息学、医学论文写作、医学统计等相关领域。

(二)、招聘类型、应聘条件及相关待遇

1、第一类:学术水平相当于千人计划创新人才长期项目入选者

(1).一般应在海外取得博士学位,年龄不超过55周岁。

(2).在海外知名高校、科研院所担任正教授或相当职务。

(3).具有世界一流的研究水平,近5年在重要核心刊物上发表具有重要影响的学术论文,或获得国际重要科技奖项或掌握重要实验技能、科学工程建设关键技术。

(4).申报人一般应未全职在国内工作;已经在国内工作的,回国时间应在一年内。引进后须全职在国内工作不少于3年。累计申报次数原则上不超过2次。

待遇:提供至少1000万科研启动经费、300万以上的安家费、年薪100万以上或面谈。

2、第二类:学术水平相当于青年千人计划入选者

(1).年龄一般不超过40周岁。

(2).取得博士学位,并有连续3年以上海外科研工作经历。

(3).在海外知名高校、科研机构有正式教学或科研职位。

(4).申报时一般应未全职在国内工作;已经在国内工作的,回国时间应在一年内。

(5).引进后全职在国内工作3年以上。

(6).是所从事科研领域同龄人中的拔尖人才,有成为该领域领军人才的发展潜力。

海外取得博士学位研究人员,如果取得突出研究成果或成绩,可突破年限要求,破格申报。

待遇:提供200-500万科研启动经费、150万以上的安家费、年薪60-80万或面谈。

3、第三类:学术水平相当于中山大学百人计划引进人才

(1).领军人才:从事具有重大创新性、发展前景以及关键共性技术研究工作,并取得具有重要创新和重大影响的标致性成果。身心健康,年龄不超过50周岁。

(2).中青年杰出人才:具有特别优秀的科学研究和技术创新潜能,研究方向具有重要创新前景,获得海内外认可的专业成就,以第一作者或通讯作者在国际顶尖学术刊物上发表论文或取的公认的科研成果。身心健康,年龄不超过40周岁。

三、2018年博士后招聘条件和薪酬待遇

(一)招聘条件

1、学历学位条件。申请人应取得博士学位,且获得博士学位不超过3年。

(二)薪酬待遇

1、年均22-30万(税前)

一类年薪30万:申请人进站时已发表(或被接收)的第一作者高点数SCI文章,影响因子10.0及以上文章1篇或影响因子5.0-10.0(不含10.0)文章2篇的;

二类年薪26万:影响因子5.0-10.0(不含10.0)文章1篇的;

2018 High-Level Talents Recruitment Notice of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital,

Sun Yat-sen University

 

The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) is a level-A tertiary general hospital integrated with health care, scientific research and education. It is also the only affiliated hospital of SYSU on the west side of the Pearl River estuary. Located in Zhuhai, China’s most livable city, the hospital not only enjoys tranquil and delightful scenery, but also boasts convenient transportation as it borders Macau to the south and faces Hong Kong to the east across the sea,with ferry terminals and an international airport nearby. As a large-scale hospital, it offers 1500 beds, covering a construction area of 252,500 m2 and a total area of 469,800 m2.

With supports from SYSU and the Zhuhai Municipal Government, the Fifth Affiliated Hospital makes use of all kinds of resources varying from medical talents and education to management and technology. Now it has become a famous hospital in the Pearl River Delta region with comprehensive disciplines, advanced medical technology and characteristic specialties. Apart from several key disciplines including infectious diseases, oncology and interventional medicine, the hospital has also distinguished itself by some outstanding departments, such as general surgery, nephrology, cardiovascular medicine, respiratory medicine and otorhinolaryngology. Its high-tech medical programs and characteristic services have attracted a large number of patients from Hong Kong, Macau and other surrounding areas. The hospital is designated to deliver international medical assistance and recognized by many foreign embassies and consulates as the only hospital for treatment in Zhuhai.

In recent years, the comprehensive strength of the hospital in scientific research has grown rapidly, with a number of relevant indexes taking the lead among the western areas of the Pearl River Delta. Currently, the hospital is home to many top-notch scientific research platforms, including the Guangdong Engineering Research Center for Molecular Imaging, Zhuhai Institute of Medical Sciences, SYSU, and the Institute of Interventional Radiology, SYSU. Among them, the Guangdong Engineering Research Center for Molecular Imaging established in 2014 covers an area of over 3000 m2 with first-class small animal imaging and molecular biology research-related equipment. The center is included in the large scientific research platforms of SYSU which aims to develop itself through the construction of big research teams, big platforms and big projects.

As the hospital continues improving its medical services, it also strives to provide high-end medical services. The Rheumatology and Immunology Department is newly established as the only one in Zhuhai with an independent system; the Chest Pain Center which integrates multidisciplinary resources has passed the national accreditation; after reconstruction, the Blood Purification Center owns a large number of world’s advanced facilities and equipment, with over 100 beds; the re-organized organ transplantation team has completed 10 cases of multi-organ donation surgeries from brain-dead donors, which makes the hospital likely to become the first one qualified for organ transplantation in Zhuhai by the end of 2017; characterized by high-end medical services, the Phoenix International Medical Center has also been put into use, including out-patient department with multi-disciplinary collaboration, high-end and integrated wards, customized obstetrics, gerontology and other clinical departments.

As a clinical teaching base for high-level medical talents of SYSU, the hospital has a complete medical education system and training system including 12 doctoral degree programs, 29 master degree programs, and postdoctoral research centers.
